Salsa Lizano is the national flavor of Costa Rica. It’s a brown sauce, you use it like ketchup, and it tastles like a slightly sweet curry with a hint of worstershire, some HP, and a breath of Tobasco. Once you’ve had the brown stuff, you won’t go back to the red stuff.
